Cognac Coupling

A delicious recipe for Cognac Coupling, with cognac, tawny port,
Pernod® licorice liqueur, Peychaud® bitters and
lemon juice.

Ingredients

2 oz cognac
1 oz tawny port
1/2 oz Pernod licorice liqueur
3 dashes Peychaud bitters
1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Method

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice
cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into an old-fashined glass 1/2 filled
with ice cubes, and serve.
