Danish Gin Fizz

Content

A delicious recipe for Danish Gin Fizz, with gin, cherry heering,
Kirschwasser® cherry brandy, lime juice, superfine sugar
and soda water.

Ingredients

2 oz gin
1/2 oz cherry heering
1 tsp Kirschwasser cherry brandy
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
2 1/2 oz soda water

Method

Pour the gin, cherry heering, kirsch, lime juice and sugar into a
cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain
into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
Gently stir in the
soda/sparkling water.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice
of lime.

Creme De Gin

A delicious recipe for Creme de Gin, with gin, white creme de
menthe, lemon juice, orange juice and egg.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz white creme de menthe
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp orange juice
1 egg white

Method

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice
cubes.
Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Gin Gin Mule

A delicious recipe for Gin Gin Mule, with lime juice, simple syrup,
mint, ginger beer, Bombay Sapphire® gin and soda water.

Ingredients

1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
6 mint sprigs
3/4 oz ginger beer
1 1/2 oz Bombay Sapphire gin
1 splash soda water

Method

Muddle the lime juice, syrup and mint sprigs at the bottom of a
mixing glass.
Add gin and ginger beer and shake well.
Pour over ice
in a highball glass, top with soda and garnish with a wedge of
lime.

Napoleon® orange liqueur, dry vermouth, lime juice, egg and
sugar syrup.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz London dry gin
1 1/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon orange liqueur
1 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz lime juice
1 tsp egg white
1 oz sugar syrup

Method

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
Add a squeeze of a lime
peel strip, and discard.
Garnish with slices of orange and lime,
and serve.
